Perspective Hamburg

This post is also available in: German

It’s fascinating how people can see the exact same thing and yet perceive it in completely different ways. What we notice and cherish about a place, a mentality or a way of life depends strongly on where we come from and what we’ve experienced up to this point – this moment that we’re in, right now.

Realizing this while talking to people from all over the world made me want to capture it, so I made this little video called Perspective.

It is about a young man from São Paulo, Brazil, that now lives and works in Hamburg, Germany. I wonder what it feels like to come from a place as huge as São Paulo to our windy little northern Germany?

Watch and find out.

PS: Remember to chose HD when watching the video!

Special thanks to Roberto – for telling me his story, for letting me share it and for the great time working on this video.
